Design and implement multi-node agentic workflows and end-to-end systems (Python backend, React frontend) for LLM-driven legal reasoning. Own architecture, ship production-grade reasoning loops and evaluation harnesses, deploy major features, and set engineering standards and culture for the early-stage company.

Act as the JD-systems bridge: establish client trust in AI, support commercial sales, design legal decision workflows, and lead evaluation teams of paralegals/nurse consultants to validate audit-ready AI outputs.

Owner of the full post-sale lifecycle for mid-to-large law firms: onboarding, training, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Build playbooks and AI-driven automation, troubleshoot workflows, drive firm-wide adoption, and work directly with founders to define and scale customer success.
