The Opportunity
Complex litigation is the ultimate test of human cognition. We are building the AI that passes it. Our platform does more than just organize data; it reads, reasons, and references across tens of thousands of documents to produce audit-ready work in minutes. We are fundamentally redefining the mechanics of how the world’s top law firms win cases.
We have moved past the initial experimental phase. With paying customers, a product in production, and a high-intent inbound pipeline, we are ready to accelerate. Until now, sales have been entirely founder-led. We are now at the inflection point where we need a founding sales leader to take the wheel.
As our Enterprise Account Executive, you are not just closing deals; you are architecting a category-defining revenue engine. You will take the "founder magic" that secured our earliest partners and codify it into the scalable playbook that drives our expansion. You are joining to build the machine, not just operate it.
The Role
As our Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the sales cycle from the moment an opportunity is qualified through to the close. Supported by a Business Development Rep and a Sales Development Rep, you will focus on high-level stakeholder management and execution. You will work directly with the founders to transition accounts and take ownership of the enterprise pipeline.
This is a high-stakes role. You will be selling to Managing Partners at the world’s top law firms. You need to understand AI/ML well enough to pitch the value of our architecture, but your superpower is navigating the 6-9 months enterprise sales cycle and moving complex deals across the finish line.
What You'll Ship in 90 Days
Master the product pitch and demonstrate a deep understanding of the legal AI landscape
Take over part of the existing pipeline and establish a documented, scalable sales playbook
Map key stakeholders and move at least 3 major enterprise deals into the proposal or negotiation stage
Establish a tight feedback loop with the product team to communicate market needs and accelerate product-market fit
Who Thrives Here
You have 5+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, ideally at an early-stage startup. You have successfully managed long sales cycles and closed complex enterprise deals. You care about the "why" behind the sale, not just hitting a number.
You're a closer who is excited to build a sales function from the ground up, not just follow a script
You have the executive presence to command a room of Managing Partners and legal stakeholders
You take ownership: if a deal is stalling, you find a way to unstick it
You're comfortable with direct feedback and communicate clearly with the founding team
You're adaptable and can navigate the ambiguity of an early-stage market
(Bonus) You are AI-native and already use AI tools to supercharge your research and outreach
(Optional) You have experience in legal, legaltech, or other highly regulated industries
How We Work
We're an AI-native company: small, fast, and high-output. You will work alongside a team that uses AI across every function, and we expect you to do the same. The best candidate already supercharges their own work with AI tools and workflows.
We give direct feedback, we move quickly, and we trust people to own their work. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding, this isn't the right seat. If you thrive with autonomy and want to build something from the ground up, let's talk.
🚀 Why Us
