Develops territory growth strategies, expands executive-level customer relationships, identifies engine and component maintenance opportunities, provides technical and commercial guidance, forecasts revenue, and collaborates with operations, engineering, quality, and leadership teams. Requires extensive aviation sales experience, an established Texas business aviation network, knowledge of turbine engines and maintenance planning, and strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Support process improvement and production efficiency in aerospace manufacturing by collecting and analyzing production data, assisting with time studies and workflow design, implementing lean practices, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating on projects with engineering and operations teams.

Serve as primary admin and functional lead for Quantum ERP and Corridor MRO, manage users/permissions, partner with cross-functional teams to document and automate processes, build reports/dashboards, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with IT/cybersecurity/vendors, and provide training and documentation to improve system integrity and decision support.
