Coordinates aviation field service job intake, demand analysis, quoting, and scheduling across engine and APU platforms. Uses CORRIDOR ERP and maintenance service program knowledge to develop accurate quotes, manage schedule changes, lead daily planning meetings, and report response and conversion KPIs. Communicates with customers and cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Shipping/Receiving while gathering customer feedback and supporting execution readiness.

Audit and research gas turbine engine logbooks and related records to verify compliance with FAA directives and service bulletins, component hours/cycles, modification status, and update database tracking systems. Perform internal audits, report discrepancies to team leads, support quality control functions, and maintain secure control of logbooks.

Operate company vehicle to collect, load, transport, and deliver tooling and parts safely and on schedule. Ensure proper packing per OEM manuals, load/unload using appropriate equipment, complete paperwork, report discrepancies, and maintain vehicle and work area cleanliness while following safety protocols.
