Leads employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, HR compliance, policy development, and risk reduction. Advises employees, supervisors, and organizational leaders on workplace concerns, corrective action, employment policies, accommodations, leave matters, and investigations. Oversees performance processes, develops HR resources and training, conducts compliance reviews, maintains confidential records, and recommends improvements to workplace practices and organizational culture.

Lead daily operations and implementation of the Educare model; ensure compliance with Early Head Start, DHS, NAEYC, and CACFP standards; oversee staff supervision, hiring, performance, and professional development; manage budget, facilities, health and safety; drive program development, family engagement, partnerships, and continuous improvement; report to Program Leadership and support strategic priorities and special projects.
