Lead day-to-day operations and program implementation of the Educare model, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards, overseeing staff supervision and development, managing budget/building/health and safety, developing family-centered services and partnerships, and driving continuous program improvement.

Lead daily operations and implementation of the Educare model; ensure compliance with Early Head Start, DHS, NAEYC, and CACFP standards; oversee staff supervision, hiring, performance, and professional development; manage budget, facilities, health and safety; drive program development, family engagement, partnerships, and continuous improvement; report to Program Leadership and support strategic priorities and special projects.

Assist classroom staff in daily operations, substitute teach as needed, create a safe nurturing environment, document attendance and reports, engage families and partners, perform physical tasks and other duties to maintain high standards.
