The Community Reception Coordinator welcomes and directs visitors, connects clients with programs and providers, distributes basic-ne need resources, coordinates transportation, and supports Court Navigators. The role also manages office supplies and inventory, coordinates facility and equipment maintenance, tracks expenses and invoices, researches information, and resolves administrative inquiries. This on-site position requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, and commitment to serving justice-involved clients.

Leads a regional higher education consortium through strategic planning, cross-sector partnership development, fundraising, grant compliance, financial stewardship, team management, and board governance. The Executive Director will guide the organization’s 501(c)(3) transition, represent the consortium publicly, coordinate member institutions and partners, advance student success and workforce initiatives, and build long-term organizational sustainability.

Manages nonprofit financial operations and grant administration, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, invoicing, payroll data, expense tracking, audits, and grant compliance. Maintains financial and grant records, monitors expenditures, supports applications and reporting, oversees internal controls, and analyzes performance data. The role collaborates with management, program teams, funders, partners, and staff to ensure fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and effective program outcomes.

Supports archival accessioning, processing, preservation, description, collections management, reference services, and reading room operations for physical and digital materials. Creates accession records and DACS-compliant finding aids in ArchivesSpace, manages locations and transfers in ArchivesSpace and Starchive, coordinates with donors and exhibition teams, monitors storage conditions, and mentors interns and volunteers.

Lead Experience Tulsa's digital storytelling and social media strategy, directing a creative team to produce video, photography, and organic campaigns. Oversee content calendars, audience growth, production quality, and performance analysis. Coach creative staff, provide production assurance for partner brands, manage creative operations and capacity, and align storytelling with marketing goals. Hybrid role based in Tulsa with event attendance and team leadership responsibilities.

The Senior Accountant oversees TCF's financial operations including financial reporting, program expenditures, tax compliance, and investment management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
