Lead recruitment and partnership efforts for Campus Tulsa and Tulsa Service Year: build relationships with higher-education and employer partners, coordinate campus events and recruitment campaigns, manage recruitment systems (HubSpot, Airtable), support intern engagement, track metrics and reporting, and ensure timely communications from outreach through enrollment.
