Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events for Experience Tulsa. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, onsite setup and troubleshooting, marketing coordination, attendee communications, post-event reporting, and event-tracking in Asana. Support community engagement, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure events align with organizational objectives.

The Data Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines, perform backend integrations, and enhance data systems for effective reporting and analytics.

Manage and optimize Medicaid, ACA Marketplace, and SNAP enrollment programs; oversee HubSpot CRM data and reporting; build community partnerships; manage budgets, grant reporting, training, and two multilingual benefits teams; use data to improve program performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
