Summer R&D intern supporting laboratory testing, documentation, and experimental projects. Work includes following Good Documentation Practices, assisting project teams, qualifying new ingredients/vendors, learning lean manufacturing, and safely handling chemicals and biologics under close supervision.

Select, pack, and stage customer orders in a warehouse night shift. Operate forklifts and dock equipment (lifts, shrink-wrapper, baler), lift up to 50 lbs, monitor safety and food‑safety issues, and follow shipping/packing procedures.

Support FP&A build-out by creating and maintaining forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial models; perform variance analysis; produce management reports and dashboards; support strategic planning and cost-control initiatives; assist monthly close; partner with department leaders and improve financial processes and reporting systems.

Manage order-to-cash operations including order entry, EDI transaction processing (850/856/810), inventory allocation, logistics coordination, invoicing reconciliation, and cross-functional communication with production, warehouse, carriers, and finance.

Process invoices, POs, and expense reports; match invoices to POs/receipts; execute electronic payments (ACH/check); reconcile vendor statements; support month-/year-end close and audits; maintain electronic AP records and vendor data; use e-invoicing and automation tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
