Support FP&A build-out by creating and maintaining forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial models; perform variance analysis; produce management reports and dashboards; support strategic planning and cost-control initiatives; assist monthly close; partner with department leaders and improve financial processes and reporting systems.

Develop and maintain production schedules for two manufacturing sites, align demand with capacity and inventory, coordinate materials and cross-functional teams, maintain ERP/MRP data, track performance, and support continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead demand forecasting and support production scheduling by developing rolling forecasts, analyzing accuracy, aligning with Sales/Finance, translating forecasts into production plans, optimizing inventory and safety stock, improving ERP/MRP data and planning processes, and collaborating across operations, procurement, logistics, and leadership to mitigate supply risks.

Process invoices, POs, and expense reports; match invoices to POs/receipts; execute electronic payments (ACH/check); reconcile vendor statements; support month-/year-end close and audits; maintain electronic AP records and vendor data; use e-invoicing and automation tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
