The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead enterprise-wide human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational design, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, analytics, culture, and M&A integration. The CHRO will advise the CEO, executive team, board, and private equity sponsor while building scalable HR infrastructure, driving workforce productivity, supporting growth and value creation, and ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

Maintains customer, contract, and promotional pricing across ERP systems and customer portals. Investigates pricing discrepancies, coordinates implementation with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, and prepares pricing activity reports. Supports audits, monitors pricing expirations, assists renewals, and performs pricing simulations, scenario planning, and margin analysis while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Process invoices, POs, and expense reports; match invoices to POs/receipts; execute electronic payments (ACH/check); reconcile vendor statements; support month-/year-end close and audits; maintain electronic AP records and vendor data; use e-invoicing and automation tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
