Own full-cycle accounting for one or more legal entities: execute month-end close, prepare financial statements and intercompany reconciliations, manage balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets and lease accounting (ASC 842), support audits, and improve close controls and SOPs.

Support FP&A Director by building and maintaining forecasts, budgets, and financial models; perform variance analysis; produce management reports and dashboards; support strategic initiatives, monthly close, and process improvements while partnering with department leaders to track spending and optimize costs.

Manage daily food manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost control. Lead and develop supervisors and production staff, coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and HR, drive continuous improvement, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, analyze KPIs, maintain production records, and lead corrective/preventive actions and audits.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate production runs to meet goals and budgets. Manage inventory collaboration with Purchasing/Warehouse, revise schedules for constraints, ensure compliance with quality audits and regulatory standards, improve processes and yield, and follow safety and GMP.

Summer R&D intern supporting laboratory testing, documentation, and experimental projects. Work includes following Good Documentation Practices, assisting project teams, qualifying new ingredients/vendors, learning lean manufacturing, and safely handling chemicals and biologics under close supervision.
