Provide administrative coordination and daily operational support for the Hematology/Oncology program, including scheduling, budgeting/payroll oversight, revenue capture/prior authorizations, workflow development, data collection and analysis, interdepartmental communication, regulatory compliance, quality improvement participation, staff coordination and onboarding, and serving as primary clerical liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
