Manages physician compensation strategy, plan design, benchmarking, financial modeling, administration, governance, and regulatory support across an integrated health system. Analyzes productivity, wRVUs, incentives, market data, and financial performance; prepares executive reports and recommendations; supports Fair Market Value reviews; and advises physician, finance, HR, legal, compliance, and executive leaders. Serves as staff support to the compensation committee and helps improve compensation systems, reporting, data governance, recruitment, and retention initiatives.

Coordinates operating room case carts by reviewing schedules, picking supplies and instruments, verifying cart accuracy, and facilitating timely movement between the OR and sterile processing. Maintains preference cards, kit and location labels, count sheets, and instrument tracking records. Communicates schedule changes, equipment conflicts, and processing priorities with OR staff, nurses, surgeons, and central processing teams. Requires sterile processing certification and experience in CPD, OR, or supply chain operations.

Provides executive HR leadership for community hospitals, overseeing HR strategy, operations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, employee and labor relations, engagement, succession planning, compliance, analytics, and change management. Advises hospital presidents and senior leaders while partnering with corporate HR centers of excellence. Leads organizational transformation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, workforce integration, and culture initiatives across a complex, matrixed healthcare system.
