Develops and oversees the Quality Management Plan for the transplant program, ensuring regulatory compliance (FACT, Joint Commission). Manages document control, conducts audits, analyzes program data, prepares quality and outcome reports, supports inspection readiness, maintains staff training and competency records, and collaborates with clinical leaders to implement quality improvement actions.

Prepares and serves regular and therapeutic meals, assists patients with menu selection, delivers and retrieves trays, maintains diet order accuracy, stocks supplies, prepares food and nutritional products, and cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment and workstations. The role also maintains food safety, temperature, and sanitation logs while supporting patient, retail, and catering food-service operations.

Performs radiologic procedures safely, accurately, and independently in a Level 1 trauma center. Verifies patients, protocols, and imaging parameters; operates radiology equipment; maintains quality control, supplies, and work areas; coordinates patient care with other departments; and provides instructions and support to patients. Serves as a clinical and technical resource by training students and technologists and participating in ongoing education.
