Responsible for hospital revenue cycle/accounts receivable tasks: billing, claims and billing edits, eligibility verification, payer follow-up, appeals, adjustments, remittance posting, collections, and collaborating with internal teams and payers to maximize reimbursement and resolve outstanding accounts.

Lead design, migration and support of Avaya-based VOIP telephony and enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless. Deploy and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, SAN/NAS, VPNs, Meditech systems, and network monitoring. Plan capacity, maintain topology documentation, lead network projects, provide onsite support across hospital facilities, and participate in on-call rotation.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic patient care as an academic generalist, teach and mentor residents and medical students, engage in research and quality improvement, collaborate with subspecialists, and participate in departmental administrative and scholarly activities (four clinical days plus one administrative day weekly).
