Supervise safe, efficient inspection and repair of railcars at an FMO location. Train and instruct employees on inspection/repair standards, manage labor and expenses, maintain productivity, foster employee relations, ensure compliance with Company, AAR and FRA standards, and act as local liaison to host railroad. Oversee union-represented staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Trainee program to develop frontline supervisors for railcar repair operations. Participate in structured training on safety, AAR/FRA standards, shop workflows, leadership fundamentals, and regulatory compliance. Support daily repair shop operations, production tracking, and employee engagement. Learn supervisory practices, collective bargaining compliance, and resource monitoring while working both in office and outdoors in rail yard environments with variable schedules.

Lead development and support of CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines, implement continuous delivery, automate testing and compliance checks, monitor systems, develop tools for operational efficiency and anomaly detection, act as Azure DevOps SME, manage Nexus, mentor DevOps engineers, and participate in incident response.

Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities for MRO, facilities, and services. Handle requisitions, POs, supplier coordination, onboarding, contract compliance, and spend analysis to identify cost savings and support reporting.

Lead enterprise-wide employee health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance programs for TTX. Develop strategy, manage safety training, incident investigations, audits, risk assessments, compliance reporting, and relationship with regulators and auditors. Drive safety culture, metrics, process improvements, technology adoption, and develop the Safety team while partnering with operations and leadership across North America.
