Train and instruct employees on inspection/repair standards, manage labor and expenses, maintain productivity, foster employee relations, ensure compliance with Company, AAR and FRA standards, and act as local liaison to host railroad. Oversee union-represented staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead development and support of CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines, implement continuous delivery, automate testing and compliance checks, monitor systems, develop tools for operational efficiency and anomaly detection, act as Azure DevOps SME, manage Nexus, mentor DevOps engineers, and participate in incident response.
