Learn supervisory practices, collective bargaining compliance, and resource monitoring while working both in office and outdoors in rail yard environments with variable schedules.

Lead development and support of CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines, implement continuous delivery, automate testing and compliance checks, monitor systems, develop tools for operational efficiency and anomaly detection, act as Azure DevOps SME, manage Nexus, mentor DevOps engineers, and participate in incident response.

Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities for MRO, facilities, and services. Handle requisitions, POs, supplier coordination, onboarding, contract compliance, and spend analysis to identify cost savings and support reporting.

Coordinate and deliver technical and non-technical IT projects by creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation; monitor risks, issues, quality, and dependencies; manage resources and stakeholders; provide status reports, dashboards, and KPIs; apply PM methodologies and improve PMO standards, processes, and tooling, including automation and AI-assisted capabilities.
