Designs and manages global enterprise firewall policies, routing, switching, wireless, and network access controls across manufacturing sites, offices, and data centers. Develops automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, supports network and security projects, responds to incidents, and coordinates cross-functional technical requests. The role requires dual expertise in network and security engineering, enterprise-scale infrastructure experience, and participation in on-call support. International and domestic travel may be required.

Leads the research, design, development, integration, verification, and validation of electronic test equipment and production test programs. Develops LabVIEW and LabWindows applications, analyzes test data, supports production transitions, maintains factory and field systems, and contributes to process improvement, metrics, project planning, customer presentations, and technical solutions. Provides direction to designers, drafters, technicians, and junior engineers. Occasional overnight airline travel may be required.

Manages site-level human resources activities, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, investigations, leave administration, training, and policy communication. Coaches managers and employees, supports talent and learning programs, analyzes turnover, conducts exit interviews, and ensures accurate HR records. The role also advises on legal and regulatory requirements, administers corporate HR programs, and supports ITAR-related compliance.
