The role requires blueprint interpretation, manufacturing process knowledge, pricing judgment, problem-solving, customer coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It operates in an office environment and requires compliance with ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and export-control procedures.

Leads PCB technology development for HDI and mSAP products, monitors manufacturing trends, evaluates customer roadmaps and design requirements, and manages technical development projects. Partners with customers and cross-functional factory teams on early product development, manufacturing capability building, and technology differentiation. Requires deep PCB manufacturing expertise, knowledge of DFM and signal integrity, project management experience, bilingual English and Chinese communication, and compliance with export-control requirements.

Serve as on-site HR business partner for Chippewa Falls and help stand up Eau Claire facility. Provide strategic HR leadership, lead talent acquisition and HR projects, coach leaders, manage organizational capability and succession, ensure HR policy consistency and compliance, and drive culture and change while partnering with corporate HR Centers of Excellence.
