Software Engineering Intern supporting the design and development of software for military and space-based applications. Responsibilities include interpreting product specifications, writing C++ programs, and testing software to ensure reliable performance. Candidates must be computer science or computer engineering majors, currently enrolled in a bachelor's program after completing sophomore year, maintain a 3.0 GPA, communicate effectively, and be eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense Secret clearance.

Leads quality assurance for RF microwave and microelectronic assembly manufacturing. Manages quality personnel, product compliance, first article inspections, calibration, audits, corrective actions, customer quality issues, QMS compliance, and quality KPIs. Drives continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, DMAIC, and related tools while supporting design reviews, new product introduction, and process optimization. This is a fully onsite role with up to 25% travel and ITAR-related citizenship or permanent residency requirements.
