Operate and maintain PCB production equipment to meet output, quality, and safety standards. Read blueprints and process documents, follow dispatch and hot-order priorities, perform detailed inspection and basic measurements, lift up to 30 lbs, and work collaboratively across shifts to support continuous improvement.

Coordinate and monitor multiple manufacturing projects, support an Operations Project Support Engineer and PMO by gathering data, updating schedules and reports, escalating issues, and working with production to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Monitor and support active manufacturing projects to keep schedules and budgets on track. Coordinate resources, track risks and issues, create and maintain plans/schedules/reports, communicate status to stakeholders and customers, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and ensure documentation and process compliance. Support production teams with technical understanding of drawings and specifications.
