Support the All-Island Trading Team with market analysis, bidding and optimisation for thermal generation assets across I-SEM. Develop and maintain analytical and bidding tools, perform gas/carbon/long-term market analysis, prepare reports, and collaborate with trading, commercial and other internal teams to maximise portfolio margins and manage risk.

The Senior Legal Associate will advise on project development and construction contracts within the energy sector, manage legal risks, assist in dispute resolution, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Prepare and present management accounts and weekly/monthly gross margin estimates and forecasts for GB Gas assets. Support budgeting, long-term business plans, KPI and board reporting, performance analysis with trading teams, audit coordination, statutory account preparation, and drive process improvements while assisting the Head of Finance on project work.
