Lead independent testing strategy and governance for a regulated utility’s SAP IS-U customer information system transformation. Responsibilities include governing SIT, UAT, regression, conversion validation, billing validation, defect management, integration testing, data reconciliation, readiness assessments, cutover rehearsals, and go-live validation. The role coordinates system integrators, business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and technology teams while ensuring traceability, risk-based coverage, and deployment readiness.

Designs and implements test automation, integration and API tests, performance and load testing, and supports security and AI-assisted testing. The specialist analyzes results, recommends improvements, advises QA teams on technical test strategy, and mentors analysts. The role requires at least five years of QA experience, programming or scripting, CI/CD integration, fluency in French and professional English, Canadian work authorization, and availability for hybrid work in Montreal or remote work elsewhere in Canada.

Prepare, execute, document, and report on functional, regression, and integration testing for digital applications. Analyze requirements and user stories, define test scope and acceptance criteria, create test cases and data, track defects through resolution, and communicate quality status to stakeholders. The role works within a client-embedded QA team using Agile practices and contributes to improving testing documentation and processes.

Analyzes, qualifies, prioritizes, assigns, and tracks software defects through resolution. Leads defect triage meetings, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, monitors resolution timelines, escalates critical issues, maintains defect data quality, produces reports and dashboards, and recommends process improvements based on defect trends.

Prepare, execute, and document functional, regression, compatibility, and user experience tests for online games and gaming platforms. Test across browsers, mobile devices, and operating systems; verify game mechanics, rules, outcomes, and user flows; document and retest defects; validate staging releases; and collaborate with internal teams and game suppliers. The role requires French fluency, professional English, Quebec residency, regular Montreal attendance, and at least two years of software testing or QA experience.

Develop new business and manage a portfolio of mid-market and smaller enterprise accounts for a software testing and quality engineering consultancy. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, qualifying technology buyers, running discovery, scoping engagements, writing proposals and statements of work, negotiating deals up to approximately $250,000, and maintaining client relationships. The role also supports larger pursuits, partner engagement, regional events, and pipeline reporting, with a defined path to Account Director.

Own regional revenue by expanding enterprise accounts, winning new logos, managing the full B2B services sales cycle, and closing complex multi-year engagements. Build executive relationships, shape quality engineering solutions with delivery teams, lead proposals and negotiations, maintain pipeline forecasts in CRM, conduct business reviews, manage delivery escalations, represent the company at events, and coach a supporting BDR.

Outbound BDR responsible for top-of-funnel prospecting across the US and Canada. Build and research target accounts, run multi-touch outreach via email/phone/LinkedIn, reactivate dormant accounts, qualify conversations against pain/timing/authority/fit, brief Account Directors, maintain HubSpot hygiene, and report weekly. Focused on four sectors and tailored messaging to multiple buyer personas.
