Supports the Outside Sales team through sales process coordination, CPQ ownership, Salesforce data maintenance, pricing and deal documentation, customer technical inquiry coordination, machine tool layout preparation, and collaboration with Marketing, Contracts, and Project Management. Coordinates customer visits, demonstrations, meetings, SOWs, shipment schedules, and logistics while maintaining accurate records and effective communication. Occasional travel may be required.

Provides operational, technical, and administrative support to the Outside Sales team. Owns CPQ processes and maintains Salesforce customer and deal data, prepares pricing and deal documentation, coordinates with Contracts, Marketing, and Project Management, supports technical customer inquiries, creates machine tool layouts, and coordinates customer visits and demonstrations. Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, analytical skills, and technical aptitude.

Leads Swiss-style CNC machining applications, turnkey engineering projects, customer demonstrations, and technical implementations. Develops and optimizes CNC programs and machining processes, evaluates customer parts and requirements, recommends tooling and machine configurations, and provides cycle-time estimates. Supports pre-sale activities, customer training, troubleshooting, and on-site engineering assistance while guiding Applications Engineers and collaborating with Sales, Service, and customers.

Operates and processes parts on Tsugami CNC equipment, supports turnkey projects and demonstrations, estimates cycle times and costs, develops proposals, and trains customers on CNC machine setup and operation. Provides customer-site engineering assistance, interprets plans and specifications, writes engineering reports, evaluates machining opportunities, and recommends tooling and processes for lathes, mills, Swiss-style lathes, and multi-tasking machines.
