Provides accounting support to the Accounting Manager by recording transactions, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, preparing journal entries and accruals, analyzing general ledger accounts, supporting month-end reporting and year-end audits, reconciling related-party transactions, and reviewing accounts payable vouchers and staff journal entries.

Oversee accounts payable operations, supervise AP staff, review invoices and payments, ensure GAAP, FAR, DFARS, and DCAA compliance, support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, project accounting, cash management, and financial reporting. The role also improves internal controls and processes, resolves vendor discrepancies, and provides cross-functional accounting support in a government contracting environment.
