Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile/Scrum, remove impediments, prioritize backlog with Product Developer, track KPIs, report status/risks to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery.

Technical Lead responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Node.js applications for Adobe Commerce and e-commerce projects. Leads technical discovery, architecture, code reviews, stakeholder coordination, production troubleshooting, and delivery planning. Supports presales, recruitment, team development, and performance management while ensuring high-quality solutions. Requires strong Node.js, microservices, REST API, JavaScript framework, Shopify, database, and Agile Scrum experience.
