We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Tryzens on a 6-month contract basis. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in implementing Agile methodologies and driving successful Agile transformations.
- Recent experience in coaching and mentoring teams to improve Agile adoption and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and how it relates to Agile methodologies.
- Should be available to start by 14th Sep 2026
Preferences will be given to candidates with:
- General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
