Build, automate, monitor, secure, and troubleshoot AWS cloud infrastructure. The role supports containers, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, security, incident response, root-cause analysis, documentation, and on-call operations. Responsibilities include improving reliability, automation, security, and cost efficiency while collaborating with development, security, support, and architecture teams. The engineer will also learn and support new cloud services and may manage multiple customer environments.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, remove delivery obstacles, support backlog prioritization, promote continuous improvement, communicate project risks and status, track KPIs, and help cross-functional teams deliver quality solutions on time. The role also involves Agile transformation, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, and applying Scrum practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Designs and delivers Salesforce solutions across discovery, architecture, development, integration, testing, training, deployment, and support. Leads technical discussions, defines data architectures and integration patterns, oversees development and technology integration, troubleshoots production issues, and advises clients and developers. The role also supports presales, team development, recruitment, project coordination, and Salesforce practice growth. Requires extensive Salesforce development and architecture experience, CRM implementation expertise, integration skills, and architect-level certification.
