Support the Practice Administrator with daily clinic operations: scheduling, patient services, staffing, onboarding/training, supervising facility cleanliness, inventory and supply ordering, timecard/report review, clinical inbox monitoring, handling patient satisfaction/complaints, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth office function and quality patient care.

Supervise daily centralized referral authorization operations, lead and develop staff, ensure timely payer-compliant referral processing, monitor quality and productivity, support audits, and drive process improvements to enhance patient access.
