Own the Axtension product family roadmap, backlog, release planning, and prioritization for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations add-on. Lead Truvio’s Finance and Operations sales business across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Own regional revenue, bookings, pipeline, and go-to-market strategy while managing and developing Account Executives. Drive forecast accuracy, enterprise sales execution, partner collaboration, strategic customer relationships, negotiations, and executive engagement. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances to identify opportunities, strengthen the partner ecosystem, and deliver predictable Nordic growth.

Develop and maintain manual and automated tests, execute functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing, and track defects in Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business analysts to review requirements, maintain test environments, document test cases, and improve QA processes. The role supports product quality and performance across Dynamics 365 solutions.

Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central implementations for multiple clients. Analyzes business processes, facilitates discovery workshops, gathers requirements, collaborates with technical and customer teams, delivers presentations and training, and supports post-go-live optimization. The role manages concurrent engagements, timelines, and deliverables while providing strategic feedback to product and consulting teams. Work is remote across the U.S. or Canada with up to 20% travel.
