Collaborates with sales, customer success, marketing, product, services, support, and partners to create pipeline, improve sales effectiveness, manage customer growth risks, and achieve ARR and market-share targets.

Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central implementations for multiple clients. Analyzes business processes, facilitates discovery workshops, gathers requirements, collaborates with technical and customer teams, delivers presentations and training, and supports post-go-live optimization. The role manages concurrent engagements, timelines, and deliverables while providing strategic feedback to product and consulting teams. Work is remote across the U.S. or Canada with up to 20% travel.
