Build customer-focused ecommerce and business software across frontend, backend, integrations, and data. Work closely with Product Management to understand problems, challenge assumptions, and deliver simple solutions without detailed specifications. Use Claude and AI agents throughout research, implementation, testing, refactoring, and code review while critically evaluating generated output. Contribute across C#, .NET, TypeScript, web technologies, and APIs in a collaborative SaaS environment.

Leads the People & Culture agenda across EMEA and APJ, partnering with senior leaders on talent, performance, organizational development, engagement, compensation, benefits, recruitment, compliance, and employee experience. Owns regional compensation strategy and global talent acquisition, uses people data and AI to improve processes, leads organizational change and HR system initiatives, and develops a regional HR team. The role requires Swedish employment law expertise and fluency in Swedish and English.

Deliver scalable ecommerce and ERP solutions across EMEA using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Advise clients, facilitate workshops, translate business needs into technical architectures, document and estimate solutions, support pre-sales, and coordinate with ERP partners, project managers, and development teams.
