Teams at TrustRadius

Conduct software category research, develop product taxonomies and review questions, contribute analysis to buyer guides and reports, write thought-leadership articles, and support review quality control. The role requires strong writing, research ability, technology enthusiasm, attention to quality, and collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Engages software vendors through phone and email outreach, generates interest in TrustRadius products, researches vendor contacts, facilitates onboarding, tracks activities in Salesforce.com, and reports campaign results. The role supports business development, manages vendor inquiries and outreach campaigns, serves as the primary vendor contact, and recommends improvements to the vendor marketing program.

Develop and evolve TrustRadius's website across the full stack, contributing to requirements, design, implementation, testing, documentation, internationalization, and deployment. The engineer will work with front-end and back-end technologies, build scalable and reliable web applications, support rapid iteration, and use data-driven decision-making in a collaborative product development environment.
