Lead and grow a Technical Account Management team, act as senior technical advisor for strategic customers, resolve complex technical issues across handset, OEM, firmware and cloud environments, drive adoption and expansion, influence product roadmap, and ensure customers meet business and security KPIs.

Act as senior technical advisor for complex mobile, OEM, firmware, and cloud integrations, own escalations and RCA, create scalable playbooks and operating models, influence product roadmap with customer insights, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure secure, optimised implementations and measurable customer outcomes.

Serve as the technical partner for customers to drive adoption, deployment, and optimisation of Trustonic solutions. Troubleshoot and own technical issues, lead RCAs, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Support, manage customer KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and align technical strategy with customer roadmaps across handset, OEM, firmware, and cloud domains.

Act as customers' technical partner to drive adoption, onboarding, deployment, and ongoing operation of Trustonic solutions. Troubleshoot and own technical issues end-to-end, lead RCAs, liaise with Product/Engineering/Support, identify growth opportunities, maintain customer KPIs, and advise on integrations, firmware, and security best practices.

Provide world-class technical support for Trustonic's SaaS platform: troubleshoot production and non-production issues, own customer cases, document solutions (KCS), author knowledge-base articles, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in product testing, and improve customer-facing documentation.

The Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and manage scalable data architectures and pipelines for analytics and AI, ensuring data governance and optimization.

The Sales Engineer will lead technical pre-sales engagements, converting opportunities into revenue by designing solutions and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, delivering product demonstrations, and engaging with customers post-sales.
