Manage strategic APAC customer relationships as a technical advisor, supporting implementation, integrations, incident resolution, adoption, retention, and growth. Leads and develops the APAC Technical Account Management team while serving as a senior technical partner to strategic customers. The role manages escalations, technical integrations, onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth; coordinates across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Delivery; develops operating models and playbooks; and translates customer insights into product roadmap opportunities. The position supports smartphone, OEM, secure firmware, SaaS, API, and device-security solutions and requires approximately 25–40% global travel.

Build and deliver full-stack, cloud-native features for Trustonic’s secure connected-device platform. Responsibilities include developing React frontends and Python AWS microservices, implementing event-driven workflows, designing scalable services, participating in architecture and code reviews, improving testing and CI/CD, troubleshooting distributed systems, and supporting production operations and incident response.

Partner with APAC commercial teams as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical proposals, qualification, and implementation handover. Build relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and vendors across smartphone, telecom, SaaS, API, cloud, and secure technology ecosystems. Support proofs of concept, customer lifecycle challenges, stakeholder alignment, and pre-sales process improvements. Travel approximately 25–40% for customer meetings, trade shows, and events.

Analyze large-scale datasets to transform business questions into actionable insights. Build real-time analytics pipelines, automated queries, interactive dashboards, embedded analytics, and AI-enabled reporting. Prepare datasets for machine learning, support feature stores and model monitoring, establish data governance and quality controls, and maintain metadata documentation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Data teams to deliver scalable SaaS analytics solutions across global markets.

Own end-to-end product design for B2B SaaS and B2B2C mobile applications. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and scalable design systems. Conduct user research and usability validation, champion accessibility, and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Support, Delivery, and Commercial teams. Translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Help establish design processes and explore AI-assisted workflows as the company’s first in-house designer.

Design, build, debug, and operate secure, scalable AWS backend services and microservices. Develop Python-based Lambda applications, event-driven workflows, APIs, and data integrations using services such as SQS, Step Functions, AppSync, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability, production support, incident response, and performance improvement across distributed systems. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities.

Provide commercial legal support across the business: draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage contract processes, advise on compliance (data protection/GDPR), support governance and board materials, improve legal processes and templates, and coordinate external counsel as needed to enable commercial outcomes in a global SaaS/cybersecurity company.

Lead and grow a Technical Account Management team to drive customer success for Trustonic solutions. Act as senior technical advisor for strategic customers, resolve complex technical issues across mobile devices, OEM integrations, firmware and cloud, influence product roadmap, and support adoption, retention and expansion. Establish processes, playbooks, and KPIs while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing escalations and RCA.
