Provide commercial legal support across the business: draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage contract processes, advise on compliance (data protection/GDPR), support governance and board materials, improve legal processes and templates, and coordinate external counsel as needed to enable commercial outcomes in a global SaaS/cybersecurity company.

Lead and grow a Technical Account Management team to drive customer success for Trustonic solutions. Act as senior technical advisor for strategic customers, resolve complex technical issues across mobile devices, OEM integrations, firmware and cloud, influence product roadmap, and support adoption, retention and expansion. Establish processes, playbooks, and KPIs while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing escalations and RCA.

Lead and develop a Technical Account Management team to ensure strategic customers adopt, operate, and expand Trustonic solutions. Act as senior technical advisor for complex handset, OEM, firmware and cloud integrations; manage escalations, drive RCA, influence product roadmap, and partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to deliver measurable customer outcomes and growth.
