Design, build, and operate scalable AWS cloud-native backend services using Python, serverless microservices, and event-driven architectures. Develop Lambda-based features, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines while contributing to architecture and code reviews. Improve testing, CI/CD, observability, resilience, and production support across distributed systems. Diagnose incidents and performance issues, support L3 operations, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.

Lead the SaaS platform roadmap and product lifecycle, owning web UI and API experiences. Translate customer and market needs into scalable, secure solutions while partnering with engineering on architecture, technical trade-offs, and developer experience. Define product strategy, requirements, and priorities; collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, executives, customers, and partners to deliver products and drive adoption.

Provides global technical support for Trustonic’s SaaS platform by troubleshooting customer issues across production and non-production environments, managing support cases, communicating solutions, documenting knowledge, testing releases, and improving customer-facing documentation. Collaborates with engineering, product, and support teams while using SQL, Linux, Git, APIs, scripting, AWS, JIRA, and Zendesk to resolve complex technical problems.
