Provides executive leadership for marketing, brand, public relations, insights and analytics, and digital experience. Develops integrated marketing and digital strategies to strengthen the credit union’s brand, improve member experience, and drive acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and growth. Advises the CEO, executive team, and board while leading teams, interpreting member data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing organizational initiatives.

Leads enterprise internal and external communications, including public relations, executive communications, corporate storytelling, content governance, and strategic events. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex business strategies into clear messages for employees, members, community stakeholders, and boards. Manages communication strategies during organizational change, supports brand reputation and engagement, and oversees multiple projects while maintaining compliance awareness.

Develops and manages referral relationships with realtors, builders, financial service providers, and consumers to originate first mortgage lien loans. Promotes mortgage products, evaluates borrower needs, follows investor and underwriting guidelines, and grows the credit union’s external mortgage customer base. Requires mortgage lending expertise, networking success, regulatory compliance, strong communication, basic financial calculations, and proficiency with loan systems.
