Owns end-to-end billing operations for the US and Brazil markets, including customer setup, W9/W8 documentation, billing accuracy, and coordination with Product, Account Management, and FinOps teams. The role also supports customer implementations, responds to billing inquiries, tracks operational metrics, and drives process improvements. Candidates should have billing experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail, fluency in English and Portuguese, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Analyze and optimize payment products through A/B and multivariate testing, data modeling, machine learning classification, KPI development, dashboards, and deep-dive analysis. Partner with global Product and Data Engineering teams to improve product strategy, data quality, feature tracking, and reporting. Translate technical findings into business recommendations and mentor stakeholders on experimentation and data interpretation.

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Trustly Remember Me and Trustly ID, expanding identity verification, authentication, and KYC capabilities. Define market positioning, drive user and merchant adoption, establish growth and conversion metrics, lead multi-quarter roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, UX, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, and enterprise merchants. The role requires translating authentication innovation into measurable payment conversion, retention, and transaction growth.

Own and optimize a portfolio of strategic financial services merchants. Analyze performance data, benchmark results, recommend improvements, and drive implementation through measurable outcomes. Lead complex technical onboarding, support merchant escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Finance, and Legal/Compliance. The role requires payments industry expertise, knowledge of remittance, foreign exchange, banking payment flows, and financial services regulations, plus regular travel within Europe.

Owns entity-level compliance assurance across Trustly’s EU and UK licensed entities. Responsibilities include validating regulatory testing scope, managing assurance opinions, reporting findings to Boards and regulators, maintaining issue registers and audit trails, supporting assurance planning, and tracking control health through KRIs. The role requires preserving second-line independence while coordinating with domain assurance managers, ERM, Internal Audit, senior management, and regulatory authorities.

Manage and grow strategic UK gaming and financial services accounts. Build senior stakeholder relationships, drive product adoption, expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling, negotiate renewals, and develop account plans. Provide payment and industry insights, monitor account performance, collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, and Compliance, and represent Trustly at industry events.

Own the strategy and execution of Trustly’s risk platform, including decisioning, model integration, rules management, and real-time controls. Partner with Data Science and Engineering on model thresholds, features, monitoring, architecture, and feedback loops. Optimize approval rates, loss exposure, and payment guarantee economics. Manage the backlog, sprint planning, requirements, acceptance criteria, and alignment across Risk, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Sales.

Leads Trustly’s global information security and IT organizations, defining security strategy, architecture, risk management, compliance, SOC operations, incident response, and resilience programs. Oversees enterprise IT, infrastructure, workplace technology, vendors, disaster recovery, and AI-driven productivity initiatives. Advises the executive team and Board on cyber risk, regulatory requirements, and technology resilience while managing global teams and relationships with regulators, auditors, and strategic partners.

Own the global financial institution connectivity product roadmap for Trustly’s open banking platform. Lead product discovery, prioritization, requirements, integrations, testing, migration, and quality monitoring. Partner with engineering, data, sales, customer success, banking relations, finance, operations, and external providers to expand bank coverage and improve data performance. Use metrics, cost-benefit analysis, AI-enabled product development, and cross-functional leadership to deliver platform capabilities.

Conduct KYC, EDD, ODD, transaction monitoring, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media investigations across consumer and merchant populations. Assess financial crime risks, document decisions, escalate high-risk activity, perform peer reviews, support quality assurance, and improve KYC/AML procedures and controls while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Own Trustly’s global design vision and quality standards across consumer and merchant products. Lead and mentor product designers, establish scalable design culture and processes, oversee the design system, and partner with product and engineering leadership throughout development. Drive user research and usability testing, advocate for design in executive discussions, and communicate its business value. The role emphasizes strong product craft, AI-native prototyping, and experience designing complex or regulated financial products.

Build and maintain Trustly’s AI platform, including LLM infrastructure, prompt management, evaluation pipelines, and agentic workflow tooling. Partner with teams to embed AI into products, establish testing standards, evaluate models and architectures, and drive internal adoption through reusable libraries, documentation, and enablement resources. The role requires staff-level technical leadership, cross-functional influence, and taking AI systems from prototype to reliable production at scale.

Leads Trustly’s global Revenue Operations and Enablement function, consolidating fragmented regional processes into a unified GTM operating system. Owns CRM architecture and governance, forecasting, KPIs, compensation structure, territories, quotas, enablement, sales kickoffs, and GTM communications. Builds standardized global processes while preserving regional execution flexibility, improves seller productivity and ramp time, and applies AI to prospecting, forecasting, enablement, and CRM intelligence.
