Lead Trustly’s global SDLC and infrastructure organization, owning AWS strategy, cloud cost optimization, reliability, scalability, incident management, developer tooling, CI/CD, and internal platforms. Define an AI-optimized software development lifecycle and improve developer productivity across engineering. Establish infrastructure standards, security practices, architectural guardrails, FinOps processes, incident response programs, and blameless post-mortems while partnering with Product, Security, and Engineering leadership.

Leads Trustly’s global Total Rewards function, shaping compensation philosophy, managing pay review cycles, governing equity programs, and developing reward analytics for workforce planning and cost forecasting. Partners with Finance and executive leadership on compensation strategy, workforce modeling, and cost control across international markets, with particular attention to European reward governance. The role balances strategic leadership, analytical depth, operational execution, and competitive, fair, transparent reward practices in a scaling fintech environment.

Own the strategy and execution of Trustly’s risk platform, including decisioning, model integration, rules management, and real-time controls. Partner with Data Science and Engineering on model thresholds, features, monitoring, architecture, and feedback loops. Optimize approval rates, loss exposure, and payment guarantee economics. Manage the backlog, sprint planning, requirements, acceptance criteria, and alignment across Risk, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
