Partner with managers and employees on HR expertise, employee relations, HR operations, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, manage HR tickets, support performance and development programs, ensure employment-law compliance, and help build scalable People frameworks, documentation, and automated processes for a global organization.

Manage month-end and year-end close for assigned entities, including journals, reconciliations, schedules, financial variance commentary, and audit support. Apply IFRS expertise in an industry setting, contribute to finance projects and process improvements, and collaborate with Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and FinOps teams.

Own month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities, preparing journals, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and financial variance commentary. Support audits, apply IFRS accounting standards, participate in finance projects, improve processes, and collaborate across Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and Finance Operations. The role requires a qualified accountant with industry experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in an international environment.
