Lead and mentor a team building, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models for fraud, account takeover, and ACH return risk. Develop production models and real-time features, design experiments, quantify financial impact, and own model performance and governance. Partner with Risk, Product, Engineering, and Finance on decisioning strategy, loss forecasting, explainability, and system reliability. Hire and develop technical talent while presenting model performance, risks, and roadmap recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead and mentor Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers while building production models for fraud, ACH return risk, and account takeover. Own the model roadmap, experimentation, monitoring, governance, and financial impact of risk decisions. Partner with Risk, Product, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders to optimize approval rates, fraud losses, customer experience, and merchant outcomes in a low-latency payments environment.

Owns end-to-end billing operations for the US and Brazil markets, including customer setup, W9/W8 documentation, billing accuracy, and coordination with Product, Account Management, and FinOps teams. The role also supports customer implementations, responds to billing inquiries, tracks operational metrics, and drives process improvements. Candidates should have billing experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail, fluency in English and Portuguese, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
