Build production integrations, data migrations, scripts, reports, and workflow automations for enterprise customers. Lead technical onboarding from requirements through go-live, troubleshoot escalations, run customer workshops, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn recurring needs into reusable tools and integrations. The role requires strong backend programming, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, relational databases, data pipelines, and clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders.

Own end-to-end UX and product management for TrustLayer’s B2B SaaS platform. Conduct user research, create workflows and polished Figma designs, maintain the design system, and design accessible AI-assisted experiences. Partner with engineering on APIs, data models, scope, and releases while managing roadmaps, specifications, metrics, and launches. The role requires strong product design, technical collaboration, usability testing, and product management skills.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach. Research and prioritize target accounts, book meetings for account executives, nurture dormant prospects, support stalled deals, and improve outbound messaging and tactics. The role requires CRM and prospecting-tool experience, cold-calling ability, strong written outreach, coachability, curiosity, and the ability to work independently after ramp-up.
