Partner with Sales to discover enterprise data privacy needs, architect secure solutions, deliver technical demonstrations, and lead proofs of concept and pilots. Own success criteria, implementation guidance, troubleshooting, RFPs, and security questionnaires. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer insights and influence the product roadmap. Engage effectively with software engineers and executive privacy and compliance stakeholders.

As an Account Executive, you will focus on acquiring new clients in the Data Privacy sector, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting revenue objectives. You will engage with customers to understand their privacy needs and present TrustArc solutions, utilizing consultative sales techniques.

Provide Tier 1 technical support and implementation assistance for TrustArc products, manage enterprise client relationships via Zendesk, troubleshoot web and integration issues, document projects, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and adoption.
