Execute and enhance the bank’s business resilience program covering business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, technology resilience, third-party resilience, and OCIR. Coordinate business impact analyses, continuity plans, scenario testing, crisis exercises, regulatory submissions, governance reporting, audits, remediation, and stakeholder training. Partner with Business, Technology, Risk, Operations, Finance, Product, vendors, and regulators to strengthen resilience of critical services and dependencies.

The Strategy Specialist will shape the strategic agenda of Trust Bank, communicate with stakeholders, support initiatives, and prepare materials for key meetings.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models (cross-sell, upsell, recommendation, LTV), automate model lifecycles with SageMaker, leverage LLMs for personalization and insight generation, run A/B tests, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor junior data scientists to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
