Provides administrative and operational support to Sales and Sales Operations teams. Responsibilities include managing deal flow, customer agreements, purchase orders, account data, reporting, return authorizations, sales onboarding, internal communications, and customer-stakeholder coordination through Salesforce and ERP systems. The role also identifies process improvements and supports efficient, accurate sales operations in a hybrid environment.

Lead sales growth across the Mid-Atlantic by managing distributor, retailer, contractor, and architect relationships. Drive account development, market penetration, product awareness, merchandising, and contractor adoption. Support retailers through training and in-store assistance, maintain the Salesforce pipeline, collaborate with inside and field sales development teams, attend industry events, and travel 50–75% throughout the territory.

Design, build, and standardize internal full-stack applications and reusable UI components; implement secure authentication and integrations; define CI/CD and deployment automation; harden proofs-of-concept for production; troubleshoot production issues; collaborate with stakeholders on architecture, UX, and platform modernization to support smart manufacturing initiatives.
