Design, build, and standardize internal full-stack applications and reusable UI components; implement secure authentication and integrations; define CI/CD and deployment automation; harden proofs-of-concept for production; troubleshoot production issues; collaborate with stakeholders on architecture, UX, and platform modernization to support smart manufacturing initiatives.

Serve as primary IT resource for Ontario sites, administering network infrastructure, VPN/zero-trust, M365 tenant, Intune device management, EDR monitoring, and end-user support. Manage device lifecycle, ticketing, asset inventory, and coordinate with Calgary IT and external partners for escalations and projects to keep plant-floor systems and distributed users operational.

Supervise and coordinate production operators to meet production schedules and KPIs. Maintain safe, clean work environment, document scrap, update NetSuite daily, operate/move product with forklift, troubleshoot tooling issues, coach and onboard team members, and drive process and efficiency improvements across shifts.
