Develops production concepts, automation solutions, software workflows, and shop-floor layouts with consultants, customers, sales, project management, and engineering teams. Supports sales by defining smart factory solutions and transitions orders to delivery teams. Requires manufacturing process analysis, lean methods, sheet metal fabrication, CNC equipment, and customer communication expertise. Travel is expected approximately 50%.

Provides customer-specific training and applications engineering support for sheet metal design optimization and manufacturing. Delivers courses, demonstrations, and multilingual technical content; programs TRUMPF machines; performs time studies, feasibility analyses, and tool selection; supports cutting, punching, bending, and forming applications; assists sales with demonstrations and customer consultations; develops training materials and maintains customer relationships. The role requires approximately 50% national and international travel.

As a Mechanical Install Engineer Level 1 you will mechanically assemble, install and commission Drive Laser systems in a cleanroom at the customer site, perform alignment and pressure-drop tests, connect utilities and electrical interfaces, do first-line troubleshooting, document progress, and participate in training to develop into a Level 2 engineer.

Present and sell TRUMPF software solutions by evaluating customer requirements, conducting demos/webinars, simulating customer parts, managing sales opportunities from quote to close, supporting trade shows, and performing competitive analysis. Travel within USMCA ~15%.

Demonstrates TRUMPF laser technology to customers, supports sales and purchasing decisions, evaluates customer parts, creates demonstration programs, estimates production times, recommends products, and produces sample parts. The role also provides programming consultation, operator training, startup assistance, and ongoing onsite or telephone applications support. Travel to customer sites and trade shows is required, with travel estimated at 20–30% of the time.

Lead zonal sales for TRUMPF sheet metal machinery, managing sales teams and channel partners while driving direct sales across manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include prospecting, client engagement, technical demonstrations, consultative selling, proposal development, contract negotiation, market analysis, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer relationship development. Frequent travel across assigned industrial territories is required for meetings, site visits, and business development.

Assemble, install and validate Drive Laser systems on-site at ASML in a cleanroom. Perform mechanical assembly/disassembly, connect utilities, run alignment/leveling and pressure-drop tests, do first-line leak troubleshooting, document progress, and support commissioning under supervision while contributing improvement suggestions.

Lead design and delivery of scalable AI solution architectures, own end-to-end AI projects from concept to production, implement MLOps and CI/CD, monitor and optimize performance, manage and mentor an AI/data science team, and collaborate with AI leadership and business units.

Qualify and nurture inbound and marketing-generated leads using structured BANT+MEDDICC processes, convert MQLs to SQLs, schedule sales meetings, maintain CRM data integrity, report on lead performance, and recommend process improvements to increase conversion and pipeline velocity.
