Supervises maintenance and repair activities, coordinates preventative maintenance, assigns work to engineering staff, and manages outside contractors.

Maintain cleanliness and order of guest-floor corridors, elevator landings, and service areas; supply housekeepers with linens and amenities; remove trash and linens; clean balconies, sliding doors, vents, and designated bathroom tiles; wash and store glassware, plates, and silverware; deliver rollaway beds and assist with room furniture moves; perform other hotel duties as assigned.

The Recreation Supervisor oversees recreation operations, manages staff scheduling, trains team members, coordinates activities, and ensures guest satisfaction.

Perform nightly turndown service for assigned guest rooms: tidy bedrooms/parlors, replenish amenities and linens, clean bathrooms, place chocolates/menus/remotes, close drapes, turn out lights, report and return keys, and assist other hotel areas as needed.
