Patrol hotel property, safeguard guests, employees, and assets, respond to safety incidents, conduct investigations, monitor cameras and alarms, manage keys, document reports, handle lost and found, and assist with emergencies and guest concerns. The role requires hotel or condominium security experience, strong communication, flexible scheduling, physical mobility, and the ability to manage emergency situations professionally.

Oversees hotel recreation operations across pools, beach, cabanas, sports courts, arcade, and children’s areas. Schedules, trains, coaches, and monitors recreation staff; ensures opening, closing, cleanliness, guest-service, and safety standards. Plans and runs entertainment, sports programs, and events, develops new activities, manages inventory, and coordinates recreation services across hotel departments. Requires energetic guest engagement and effective communication with guests, vendors, and coworkers.

Perform nightly turndown service for assigned guest rooms: tidy bedrooms/parlors, replenish amenities and linens, clean bathrooms, place chocolates/menus/remotes, close drapes, turn out lights, report and return keys, and assist other hotel areas as needed.
