Supports account executives and customers by processing EDI orders, entering sales data, managing order guides, providing product and pricing information, resolving order issues, coordinating fulfillment, processing credit memos and freight claims, following up on invoices, tracking inventory needs, and improving sales processes. The role also uses CRM and Microsoft Office tools, assists with training, and handles inbound and outbound customer calls.

Lead a customer success team to resolve complex issues, grow account value, and improve processes. Build strategic client relationships, monitor health metrics, drive retention and upsell, oversee onboarding/training, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences.
