Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice verification, vendor setup and records, payment batches, 1099 filings, tax preparation, credit card and Amazon account administration, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, support the Controller, and promote accurate, efficient processes with limited supervision.

Supports month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, financial statements, audits, fixed assets, tax filings, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and process improvement. Maintains ERP standard costs, contract matrices, credit card reporting, SOPs, and weekly P&L reports while collaborating with operations, supply chain, and other departments.

Own new-business acquisition for convenience retail: prospect national/regional chains and distributors, develop retailer-specific strategies, lead presentations/negotiations, coordinate commercialization across internal teams, recruit/manage brokers, and drive launches through distributor and buyer alignment.
