Supports account executives and customers by processing EDI orders, entering sales data, managing order guides, providing product and pricing information, resolving order issues, coordinating fulfillment, processing credit memos and freight claims, following up on invoices, tracking inventory needs, and improving sales processes. The role also uses CRM and Microsoft Office tools, assists with training, and handles inbound and outbound customer calls.

Supports the VP of Human Resources while owning learning and development programs, onboarding, manager training, performance reviews, talent planning, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Coordinates training design and facilitation, maintains online learning content, tracks program metrics, prepares HR communications, and develops project tools and process guides. The role partners with managers and employees across office and plant environments and may occasionally travel to support HR initiatives.

Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice verification, vendor setup and records, payment batches, 1099 filings, tax preparation, credit card and Amazon account administration, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, support the Controller, and promote accurate, efficient processes with limited supervision.
