Truewerk began with the belief that we could make today’s workers safer and look sharper by creating workwear using modern materials, greater attention to detail, and a stronger connection to the job site.

We started with systems currently used by elite military personnel and professional mountain guides, then optimized them for use in modern trades—from surveyors and rope access technicians to solar panel installers, roofers, and heavy equipment operators.

Truewerk was founded on a simple but strong conviction that business should be a platform for advancing humanity, not just profiting from it.

For this reason, we carry our mission to make today's workers more comfortable and more productive even beyond the clothing they wear. We seek to support, educate and inspire our customers to be stronger and smarter than today's job. And to celebrate the connection between themselves and the tools and technology that surround and enable their work.
