Lead and operate the firm's compliance function, serving as primary regulator contact (CBI). Define compliance strategy, oversee monitoring, policy governance, regulatory reporting, AML/CFT oversight, training, audits, third-party/outsourcing and horizon-scanning to ensure alignment with EU and Irish regulations.

Lead post-sale relationships for large enterprise merchants to drive adoption, retention and revenue. Act as trusted advisor, deliver data-driven strategic insights, coordinate cross-functional launches, manage account plans, upsell/cross-sell, and influence product and payments strategy to grow share of checkout.

Build and maintain agent context, tooling, and versioned capabilities; create reusable golden-path templates; improve CI/CD and ephemeral environments for multi-agent workflows; implement evaluation, observability, and guardrails; convert tribal knowledge into agent-consumable artifacts and drive adoption across engineering teams.

Build production-grade infrastructure enabling autonomous AI agents across engineering: agent harnesses, MCP servers, tool libraries, golden-paths, CI/CD for agent-scale workloads, evaluation and oversight systems, guardrails, and developer enablement to safely automate coordinated changes and deployments.

Lead strategy and execution for consumer-facing payment journeys and Payments API. Define roadmap, own backlog, collaborate with engineering, design, compliance and partners, and use data to improve conversion, trust and user experience across bank payments.

Maintain NetSuite bookkeeping and reconciliations, process AP/AR and employee expenses, support credit control, prepare audit schedules and collate transaction-level documentation for external review.

Manage monthly close across entities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis; lead annual report and statutory audit liaison; handle VAT, payroll verification, regulatory returns, fixed asset accounting in NetSuite, bank reconciliations, financial reporting packs, and process improvements.

Support day-to-day HR administration for Italian employees: manage onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, payroll and benefits admin (payslips, meal vouchers, TFR), ensure GDPR and local law compliance, maintain HRIS (HiBob) and accurate data, coordinate mandatory training and medical checks, support audits and cross-team collaboration.

Lead development and execution of UK public policy strategy for TrueLayer. Influence regulators and government, build stakeholder relationships, produce thought leadership, educate internal teams, represent the company at events and press, and brief leadership on policy risks and opportunities.

Manage and grow a portfolio of large iGaming merchants in the UK/Europe, drive checkout adoption and revenue through consultative engagement, cross-sell/upsell, data-driven insights, account planning, and close collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations. Conduct regular client meetings and occasional travel.
