Lead development and execution of UK public policy strategy for TrueLayer. Influence regulators and government, build stakeholder relationships, produce thought leadership, educate internal teams, represent the company at events and press, and brief leadership on policy risks and opportunities.

Manage and grow a portfolio of large iGaming merchants in the UK/Europe, drive checkout adoption and revenue through consultative engagement, cross-sell/upsell, data-driven insights, account planning, and close collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations. Conduct regular client meetings and occasional travel.

Design, build and operate distributed backend services and APIs using cloud and container platforms. Collaborate with product and engineering peers to scope work, apply design patterns, testing and observability, respond to incidents, mentor teammates, and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives.
