The Strategic Customer Success Director will define and lead customer strategies, build enterprise relationships, deliver business outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and drive growth at TrueLayer.

Provide day-to-day HR administration for Italian employees: manage onboarding, contract changes and offboarding; maintain compliant employee records (GDPR); support payroll, meal vouchers and TFR administration; coordinate mandatory health and safety checks; maintain HRIS (HiBob) data, templates and workflows; support audits and communications with authorities.
