Lead execution of sales enablement programs including AI for Sales, onboarding, training, content governance, sales tech administration, recognition/incentive programs, event support, and cross-functional reporting to improve seller readiness and tool adoption.

Own a portfolio of 300–400 Tier 2/3 customers as primary contact. Drive retention, renewals, and upsells in short sales cycles; route issues to internal teams; maintain CRM accuracy and share product updates to grow accounts.

Own and grow a pan‑European portfolio of clients, exceed revenue and bookings targets, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, maintain a strong pipeline, act as trusted advisor, collaborate for delivery and success, and improve internal processes.
