Serve as a technical advisor during complex B2B integration sales, leading discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical validations, proofs of concept, objection handling, and implementation handoffs. Partner with Account Executives, Product, Implementation, and Services teams to advance opportunities, improve technical win rates, gather customer feedback, and create reusable sales assets. The role requires expertise in ERP processes, systems integration, EDI, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and German-language customer engagement.

Customer-facing role supporting and implementing a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solution. Provide day-to-day customer support, analyse performance to improve KPIs, coach customers, coordinate onboarding, assist sales demos, relay feedback to product development, and manage multiple priorities to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The Implementation Consultant will configure setups, coordinate testing with partners, work with internal teams, and document requirements to ensure successful client go-live dates.
