Configure and maintain trading partner records via portal, gather partner information, coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer go-live dates, troubleshoot and escalate issues, and report progress to management.

Provide production support for EDI and integration issues, troubleshoot and resolve complex customer tickets, communicate status to clients and internal teams, collaborate with trading partners and other departments, and identify automation opportunities to improve processes.

Own general ledger accounting, month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting. Manage treasury functions including cash reporting, forecasting, and intercompany transfers. Prepare financial reporting and analysis, support audits and tax compliance, and drive process improvements using ERP (NetSuite), Excel, and automation tools.
