Manage daily operations across the Encinitas and Carlsbad health centers, ensuring procedures are followed, patient flow is efficient, and patients receive excellent service. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and terminating staff; coaching employees; and overseeing health center activities. The role requires healthcare administration knowledge, medical terminology, medical records systems, ICD-10 and CPT codes, and experience in medical, health, social services, outpatient, or FQHC settings.

Provides administrative support for daily HR operations, including preparing correspondence and reports, responding to information requests, welcoming new hires and visitors, maintaining confidential records, filing documents, supporting meetings and trainings, and managing calendars and schedules. The role requires strong office administration, communication, document formatting, Microsoft Office, and organizational skills in an onsite healthcare environment.

Provides individual and group nutrition and breastfeeding education to WIC participants. Determines client eligibility and implements WIC services for eligible participants. Requires a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field, computer proficiency, and general Spanish knowledge. May travel between locations and requires a valid California driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record. Bilingual Spanish skills and WIC or maternal-child health experience are preferred.

Manages fiscal accounting, compliance auditing, and governmental tracking for federal, state, county, and private foundation grants. Prepares and coordinates grant-related financial activities, applies GAAP and advanced accounting principles, and supports accurate reporting and compliance. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

The Program and Resource Specialist screens patients for eligibility in various healthcare programs and ensures they have financial resources for continued care, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Partner with clinic leadership to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement and population health initiatives using data-driven methods. Drive QI projects (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma), report on UDS/HEDIS/PCMH measures, create dashboards and training, support risk/case management, and collaborate on outreach and care coordination to improve patient outcomes and reduce disparities.

The IT Systems Administrator II manages and optimizes the enterprise infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, and identity management systems, while supporting TrueCare's healthcare mission.
