Manages fiscal accounting, compliance auditing, and governmental tracking for federal, state, county, and private foundation grants. Prepares and coordinates grant-related financial activities, applies GAAP and advanced accounting principles, and supports accurate reporting and compliance. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

The Program and Resource Specialist screens patients for eligibility in various healthcare programs and ensures they have financial resources for continued care, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Coordinate and support planning, development, and implementation of community health programs; create curriculum and content, identify resources, build partnerships, maintain program records and data entry, perform varied program activities, and engage youth and parents. Requires local travel between San Marcos and Perris twice weekly.

Partner with clinic leadership to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement and population health initiatives using data-driven methods. Drive QI projects (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma), report on UDS/HEDIS/PCMH measures, create dashboards and training, support risk/case management, and collaborate on outreach and care coordination to improve patient outcomes and reduce disparities.

The IT Systems Administrator II manages and optimizes the enterprise infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, and identity management systems, while supporting TrueCare's healthcare mission.

Manage department scheduling and referrals, handle patient calls/voicemails/MyChart messages, maintain front-office organization, prep and clean treatment rooms, take vitals (blood pressure), order supplies, support patient flow, and assist organizational initiatives (MyChart, welcome tablets).
