Provides family medicine care to patients from infancy through geriatrics, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, medication prescribing, vaccinations, minor surgery, referrals, health education, charting, and follow-up. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals, participates in quality committees, peer review, emergency response, community events, on-call coverage, and student or provider training.

Provide outreach and education to uninsured patients, interview applicants to determine program eligibility, assist with Medicaid/Medicare enrollment, maintain client follow-up and records, compile program statistics, and link clients to community services.

Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across lifespan under physician supervision. Perform exams, order and analyze tests, prescribe medications, vaccinate, refer to specialists, perform minor procedures, maintain records, and promote preventive health.

Provide on-site administrative support across departments including document scanning/filing, record retention, compliance support, and assistance with medical, clinical, operational, pharmacy, and risk management tasks. Support Executive/Executive Assistant, participate in strategic planning, collaborate on projects, and travel as needed using a personal vehicle.

Support HR team with candidate screening, onboarding, orientation, HRIS updates, personnel file maintenance, document scanning/filing, compliance tracking, and participation in HR projects and strategic planning to improve employee engagement.
