Coordinate and process patient referrals: obtain appointments, request and track medical records, follow up on missed appointments, document referral steps, maintain forms and timely processing, and answer referral-related calls.

Provide outreach and education to uninsured patients, interview applicants to determine program eligibility, assist with Medicaid/Medicare enrollment, maintain client follow-up and records, compile program statistics, and link clients to community services.

Provide diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients infant through adolescent; perform exams, order labs and procedures, prescribe treatments and vaccines, perform minor procedures, maintain records, supervise mid-level providers and residents, and coordinate patient care.
