Serve as on-board test driver for autonomous ride-hailing vehicles, prioritizing safety and vehicle readiness. Drive 4–8 hours per shift (day or night), perform basic software and hardware tests, document findings, provide written and verbal feedback to engineering, assist with maintenance, logistics, and paperwork, and represent the company to the public.

The role involves testing autonomous rideshare vehicles, monitoring software systems, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with engineers to provide feedback on vehicle performance during test runs.

The Live Operations Specialist monitors autonomous vehicles in real-time, ensures safety and compliance, documents interventions, and participates in operational improvement sessions.
