Prepare new and used trucks for delivery by performing thorough interior and exterior detailing, inspecting arrivals for quality and functionality, completing checklists and documentation, topping off fluids to OEM specs, applying touch-up paint, using shop tools and cleaning equipment safely, and reporting issues while supporting the sales team.

Manage assigned customer accounts, build and maintain relationships, analyze account trends, perform bi-weekly/monthly onsite visits, troubleshoot technical and service inquiries, coordinate repairs and warranty issues across dealer groups, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
