Provides technical support and solutions for PTO and mobile hydraulic systems, including system design, troubleshooting, parts identification, pricing, ordering, inventory monitoring, vendor coordination, and customer service. Supports customers and technicians by phone and email, promotes PTO sales, manages callbacks and quotes, and maintains current knowledge of hydraulic components and technical updates. The role is based in Troy, Illinois, with approximately 15% travel.

Prepare new and used trucks for customer delivery by arranging inventory, inspecting vehicle quality and functionality, completing checklists, detailing interiors and exteriors, topping off fluids, applying touch-up paint or dyes, and reporting issues. The role requires safe use of shop equipment and PPE, accurate documentation, organized work habits, and collaboration with sales and service teams.
