Oversee daily company operations, lead teams, improve processes, manage quality assurance, staffing, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, inventory, vendors, and operational metrics. The role partners with cross-functional, legal, safety, and IT teams to maintain compliance, productivity, cost control, customer service, and organizational efficiency.

Coordinate shipments, orders, inventory, and production timelines while maintaining accurate shipping records and documents. Communicate with clients, suppliers, distributors, and vendors; resolve shipping errors; prepare bills and invoices; and support efficient supply chain operations. The role also involves managing inventory databases and using logistics management software to improve warehouse and transportation processes.

Supports billing and collections by verifying purchase orders, reconciling credit card and manufacturer charges, resolving billing issues, recording receivables transactions to the general ledger, and maintaining accounts receivable workflows. Provides reporting to billing and management teams, assists accounting operations, communicates with manufacturers and clients, prioritizes work independently, and supports printing and administrative requests.
