Coordinate shipments, orders, inventory, and production timelines while maintaining accurate shipping records and documents. Communicate with clients, suppliers, distributors, and vendors; resolve shipping errors; prepare bills and invoices; and support efficient supply chain operations. The role also involves managing inventory databases and using logistics management software to improve warehouse and transportation processes.

Supports billing and collections by verifying purchase orders, reconciling credit card and manufacturer charges, resolving billing issues, recording receivables transactions to the general ledger, and maintaining accounts receivable workflows. Provides reporting to billing and management teams, assists accounting operations, communicates with manufacturers and clients, prioritizes work independently, and supports printing and administrative requests.

Provides general administrative support, including managing calls, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, entering data, organizing files, and arranging employee travel. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, customer service, typing, data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.

Supports professors and students through onboarding, technical support, issue resolution, account management, and client relationship activities. Configures customized grading, provides recommendations, documents interactions in HubSpot, escalates issues through JIRA, and maintains training materials. Conducts client check-ins, audits account files, analyzes usage and feedback, identifies product improvement opportunities, and assists with retention initiatives. Travel may be required for campus visits and conferences.

Types, formats, proofreads, organizes, and distributes company documents. Sources raw data and supporting materials, clarifies assignment instructions, maintains digital backups, installs software updates, and safeguards computer security. The role requires accuracy, strong organization, multitasking, deadline management, and proficiency with mainstream word processors.
