Lead the product engine for core AI-driven care agents: prioritize a cross-team backlog, write clear specs and acceptance criteria, run sprint cadence, unblock engineers, scope new capabilities, and coordinate Delivery, Engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ship compliant healthcare software.

Client-facing technical role designing and scoping integrations, supporting Delivery through implementation, running POCs/pilots, and producing handoff documentation. Bridges technical and business stakeholders while addressing compliance, architecture, and integration challenges.

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving cross-functional, high-priority initiatives end-to-end (strategy, go-to-market, product, operations). Strengthen operational infrastructure, support sales and client-facing materials, analyze data, build models and KPIs, and ensure execution and follow-through on critical projects.

The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and scale a healthcare platform, improve system architecture, and collaborate cross-functionally, with a focus on AI/ML integration.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, client integrations, and data models to support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML. Ensure data quality, monitoring, and reliable ingestion of healthcare (FHIR/HL7, EHR) and claims data. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to enable downstream products and analytics.
