The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and scale a healthcare platform, improve system architecture, and collaborate cross-functionally, with a focus on AI/ML integration.

Leads healthcare partnerships across consultative sales, solution design, business-case development, deployment, expansion, and executive relationship management. Builds ROI models, communicates AI platform value, supports complex provider and payer sales cycles, translates customer needs into product scope, and informs product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Requires healthcare economics expertise, experience with clinical deployments, and strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Own technical support for live B2B SaaS client deployments, including triaging issues, debugging frontend, backend, integrations, data flows, and AI features. Implement TypeScript, Node.js, and React customizations and fixes; investigate logs, monitoring data, and SQL queries; collaborate with customers and engineering; document runbooks; and improve recurring support processes while protecting HIPAA-regulated data.

Own technical resolution for live B2B SaaS client deployments by diagnosing issues across frontend, backend, integrations, data flows, and AI features. Implement TypeScript, Node.js, and React customizations and fixes; investigate logs, monitoring, databases, and test environments; communicate with customers and engineering; create documentation and automation; and improve recurring support processes while protecting HIPAA-sensitive data.
