About the role
We are looking for a creative builder and technical thinker to drive our roadmap and execution. This is a broad-scope, “full-stack” PM role for someone who pairs deep healthcare expertise with the technical agility to prototype using AI coding tools. You will be a partner to our leadership team, equally comfortable in deep-dive engineering sprints as you are leading high-stakes client meetings, crafting sales pitches, or developing pricing strategy. This role is designed for a high-agency individual who thrives in the ambiguity of an early-stage startup and is ready to own the intersection of product, engineering, and customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap: Turn high-level business goals into a sequenced plan of features, models, and partnerships.
- Bridge the gap: Translate clinical ambiguity into technical requirements, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform vision.
- Lead the full lifecycle: From leading client discovery sessions through writing specs and prioritizing backlogs to running demos.
- Drive commercial impact: Create client decks, refine pricing models, and demonstrate Thesis’s value to current and prospective clients.
We expect you to have:
- Technical depth: 5+ years of technical product and/or engineering experience. You are proficient in coding with AI code gen tools.
- Healthcare expertise: Proven experience navigating the clinical and operational complexities of the healthcare industry.
- An entrepreneurial spirit: You have a “founder” mindset and are eager to dive into anything from engineering sprints to client meetings.
- Strong communication: The ability to translate complex AI concepts into crisp narratives for both engineers and clinical stakeholders.
- NYC-based: You are based in New York and excited to be in-office 3+ days per week.
Target compensation for this role is $200-$250k, plus equity and a generous benefits package.

Skills Required
- 4+ years as a Product or Tech lead guiding AI-driven products from concept to launched revenue
- Production experience in Python, modern LLM stacks, and/or speech/NLP models
- Prior experience with data ingestion, understanding model lifecycle, backend services, and UX
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Based in NYC, and excited about a hybrid work environment
